Eagle                        Girl Pulling a Calf

Now working on a four 17 foot wing span golden eagles for the Golden Ear Bridge
in Vancouver, British Columbia.
see http://www.goldenearsbridge.ca/code/navigate.php?Id=2
The eagles will be in these positions

For this project I have put a team together to help build these eagles.
The team consists of Jim Mullenberg, Lori Hoagland, Pattie Young, and Vada Manhire.
You can see them throughout the pictures below.
We make a terrific team and I am proud to work with them.

#1 is completed!

And here is the final curve.  It is now ready to complete the welding and to bend the under-side.
Bernie is in front and Lori is running the forklift.

The Press is working well,  Bernie is in the left Picture and Lori, her husband,
Jon, and Bernie in the right picture

Due to the size and strength of this eagle we had to design and build a press to bend these eagles.
My friend and associate, Jim Mullenberg, designed and built the new press and Lori welded it together.
